1. Eligibility

RFQs are accepted only from legitimate business buyers (contractors, importers, institutions). We do not process consumer inquiries.

 

2. Offer Validity

All quotations are subject to:

  • Validity of 15 to 30 days from date of issuance

  • Final confirmation upon written acceptance and verification

Edoburg Downes Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or reject any quote.

 

3. Documentation Provided

Upon formal engagement:

  • Technical data sheets

  • Certificates of compliance (e.g. ISO, BIS, EN)

  • Commercial invoice and export documentation

  • Origin declarations as required

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Edoburg is not liable for:

  • Customs delays, war, natural disaster, or force majeure

  • Errors submitted by buyers (wrong specs, contact, delivery info)

 

5. Governing Law

All RFQs and resulting transactions are governed by:
Laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
